We can perform the full and complete services as your safety director or perform monthly scheduled site audits or training classes. No matter what size the company, ESC is cost effective. We focus on providing comprehensive services to companies with one project or companies with multiple job sites. We service our clients with consultants working from local cities (see locations). We are ready to handle any situation and each consultant is committed to maintaining the best performance for each client. Each consultant is readily accessible by his cell phone or through ESC's main office. No matter what safety need, we are your best choice.

click image to see inspection form	SITE INSPECTIONS We inspect company locations using OSHA regulations as the guidelines for safety violations. Any violation will be noted on the inspection form with a copy given to the supervisor prior to departure. A copy is mailed or faxed to the company's main office.
click image to see report	FOREMEN RANKING REPORT Items on our inspection form either pass or fail inspection. Each inspection is entered into our database to include the foreman responsible for the jobsite, enabling us to rank each one from the safest to the most cited. All items passed / (passed + failed) = score. Like a test, all correct answers divided by all possible questions. The report is summarized to show current month and year-to-date performance for each company foreman.
	REVIEW OR WRITE SAFETY PROGRAMS We review your company's existing written safety programs or write any new safety program required by OSHA. Whether an entire company safety program or a job specific Fall Protection Plan, Confined Space Entry Plan or Hazard Communication Program, we can write most safety programs your company may need.
	EMPLOYEE TRAINING CLASSES - English or Spanish We train CPR & First Aid, Trenching & Excavation, Electrical Safety, Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, Forklifts, Aerial or Scissor Lifts, Confined Space, Steel Erection, Rigging Techniques, Crane Awareness, Scaffold Safety, Hazard Communication, Work Zone Safety, Flagger Control, MSHA Training (24hr or 8hr refresher), OSHA (30hr or 10hr) and HAZWOPER (40hr, 24hr, or 8hr).
click image to see report	EMPLOYEE TRAINING TRACKING We track all training classes conducted for your company. Each employee signs-in with their name and employee number. Using a list of employee names and numbers from your company’s payroll department, ESC inputs all training classes into our database, which will then be made available online in Adobe PDF to your company.
	SAFETY MEETINGS - English or Spanish We conduct safety meetings to reinforce simple safety procedures on a regular basis at your home office or on the job site. We use one of our training publications, safety videos or digital training programs. All employees sign a training roster which documents what training was discussed.

	ACCIDENT INVESTIGATIONS We investigate any serious accident immediately. We take pictures and prepare a report discussing our findings. In addition, our artist will recreate the accident and his drawings will be sent to the company's office at the conclusion. We analyze the accident and train your employees as to what can be done to prevent the accdient in the future.
	OSHA SURPRISE INSPECTIONS Our Consultants are always on notice to proceed directly to where OSHA is conducting a surprise inspection. Our role is to assist your personnel and help mitigate any situation that may result in an expensive fine. We also attend any informal OSHA conferences regarding their inspection.
	FIRE EXTINGUISHER INSPECTIONS We are licensed by the State of Texas to inspect fire extinguishers and retag those extinguishers needing the annual inspection tag. OSHA will fine a company up to $100.00 per extinguisher if it is found without a tag. We eliminate this problem for your company during our regular site inspection.
	OSHA REQUIRED PAPERWORK OSHA requires certain paperwork to be posted for the employees in a conspicuous place. Emergency Phone Numbers, OSHA Posters, and Hazardous Communication Programs have to be available to the company employees. We check each site for this paperwork and if missing, will provide it to the company supervisor.
click image to see more	SAFETY SIGNS We have a wide variety of signs. Everything from basic exit signs to specialized hazard signs are available. If we do not have it or can not purchase it, we will make it especially for you. Interior signs as well as weather-proof exterior signs are easily accessible in both English and Spanish
	GFCI / CONTINUITY TESTING OSHA requires each Ground Fault Circuit Interruption (GFCI) device be checked regularly. OSHA can fine every company for each outlet used which is found to be defective. We test the GFCI during our regular site inspection with documentation of dates, etc. We can train your company on the Assured Grounding Program and demonstrate how to test and color code electrical cords and power tools.
	NEW HIRE ORIENTATION We can develop a new hire orientation specific to the hazards associated with the work performed by your company. Topics presented may include: Sexual Harassment, Smoking/Fire Safety, Weather Safety, PPE, Hazard Communication, Trenching/Excavation, Confined Space, Heavy Equipment, Transporting Workers, Work Zone Safety, Flagger Control, Electrical Safety, Housekeeping, Ladder Safety, Back Safety, or Fall Protection
	LABELING CHEMICAL CONTAINERS To help each company meet their obligation under the Hazard Communication Program, We demonstrate how to label containers with the appropriate label. The OSHA required red, yellow and blue labels are kept with each consultant and they will supply a label for each container needing one.
